Terms and Conditions

Delivery

A third party carrier is used to deliver your door canopy.  As a matter of routine, we call our customers prior to delivery to agree upon a convenient delivery date. Upon delivery the carrier will ask you to sign indicating you have accepted the delivery.  Should you have to leave on the agree date for delivery, please leave a note on your door asking the driver to deliver to your neighbour, who will sign on your behalf. 

Please note when your goods are received they must be checked for damage before they are signed for as delivered. Once signed as received in good condition claims for damaged goods are not covered by the carrier’s insurance company (signing unchecked will not cover you). A damaged box is an indication that it should be opened and the canopy should be properly inspected. Deliveries are made during office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have the right to return your door canopy within seven days of receipt.  For us to accept your return, the canopy must be in perfect and unassembled condition and the accessories pack should not have been opened.  The canopy must be carefully repacked into its original packaging for safe transit.  If you wish to make a return, please contact us on sales@canopystore.co.uk or ring us on 01223 265598.  A 20% charge for carriage (both ways) and handling will be deducted from the credit given.
